New Delhi: Delay in the publication of results of CBSE first term class 10 and 12 exams has become worrisome for the students and the school authorities.

The exams were completed by the second week of December and the schools had sent the OMR answer sheets to CBSE. It was earlier announced that the results would be published in the first week of this month.

Meanwhile, the authorities informed that some of the office staff had tested positive for COVID 19, causing a delay in the process. They added that the results would be published in the coming days.

However, there is no clarity whether the students would be given grace marks for the questions that were confusing and inappropriate in various subjects or whether the students who couldn’t attend the exams due to Covid 19 would be given another chance.
