Meet Kunjakku who celebrated his SSLC victory uniquely

Pathanamthitta Kodumon native Jishnu aka Kunjakku believes that one could love others only if he/she loves oneself. So, Kunjakku didn’t hesitate to celebrate his victory that he achieved at a significant juncture in his life, in style.

It has become common in Kerala to place flex boards in the streets with the pictures of the students who score A-Plus grades for all the subjects, to congratulate them. As soon as the results of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate Exam (SSLC) and plus two are declared, the streets and roadsides are filled with such colourful flexes. So, it was quite natural that Kunjappu too felt the need to celebrate his grand success.

He expressed his unique wish it in front of his friends who were as excited as he was. However, Kunjakku was upset that he didn’t have enough money to print the flex. But, his friends came to the rescue as they arranged the money together.

They printed the flex with a full-size picture in which Kunjakku poses in style wearing shades and a colourful outfit. Moreover, he didn’t forget to add a few words congratulating himself. The flex was then placed at a vital spot in their locality for everyone to see.

“I congratulate myself for registering a spectacular victory in the SSLC exam 2022,” a line in the flex read. Besides, Kunjakku ‘warns’ that this incredible success is only the beginning.

Kunjakku and his flex board soon became a hit on social media too with many appreciating his confidence. Netizens are impressed by Kunjakku’s innocence and zest for life. Kunjakku’s little act shows that it is better to be happy in one’s own little successes and celebrate them with joy.
