Homemade pineapple cake without oven

Soft and moist pineapple cake can be easily prepared at home even without an oven. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour (250 ml cup)
1 tsp baking powder
1.4 tsp baking soda
1 cup + 1 tbsp sugar
4 eggs
¼ tsp vanilla essence
1 ¼ tsp pineapple essence
½ cup oil
1 tbsp ghee
5 drops yellow food colour
½ cup white chocolate
1 ¾ cup whipping cream
1 cup pineapple

Preparation
Grease the cake tin with oil or butter or spread a butter paper in it
Pre heat the cake tin for 10 minutes
Keep it aside
Pass the all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda thrice through a sieve
Beat the eggs, vanilla essence and 1 tsp pineapple essence
When this begins to turn fluffy, add ½ cup + 1 tbsp sugar gradually
Beat well for at least 10 minutes
This batter should have a creamy consistency
Into it add oil and ghee
Beat for 10 seconds on low speed
Now add the dry ingredients into it
Fold well
Pour it into the greased and pre heated cake tin
Bake for 35 minutes
Boil the pineapple pieces with ½ cup sugar and 1 cup water
Allow this mixture to cool down completely
Separate the pineapple pieces from this mixture
This is the pineapple syrup that is used to moist the cake
Beat 1 ½ cup whipping cream
Separate 5 tbsp whipping cream from this and mix 2 drops yellow food color in it
Cut the cake into 3 layers
Moist the lower layer by spreading the pineapple syrup
Spread the whipping cream on this layer
Spread the pineapple pieces
Set this layer using some more whipping cream
Repeat the layers
After constructing the three layers, keep the cake in the freezer for 10 minutes
Spread some whipping cream to add more texture and finish
Freeze for 10 more minutes
Melt the white chocolate in the double boiling method
Add ¼ cup whipping cream and mix well
Into it add 3 drops yellow food colour and ¼ tsp vanilla essence
Mix well
Pour this over the cake in a dripping design
Fill the yellow coloured whipping cream in a piping bag
Pipe designs of your choice on the edges of the cake
M1 nozzle has been used in this recipe.
Note: Do not open the steamer/vessel for at least 30 minutes while the cake is being baked.
Use fresh ingredients to make the cake
Make sure to clean the vessels before mixing the ingredients.
To make the whipping cream stiffer, place the bowl over ice while beating the cream.
