Captain is the first sports biopic in Malayalam.The 3D motion poster of the upcoming Jayasurya-starrer film Captain will be released on Sunday at 4.30 pm in Kochi's Lulu Mall. This is the first Indian film in which a glass-less 3D motion poster is being released.
Captain is the first sports biopic in Malayalam. The trailer and the teaser of the film which portrays the life of India's ace footballer V P Sthyan was well received on social media.
The film is written and directed by journalist G Prajesh Sen. Actor Jayasurya dons the role of Sathyan in the film.
Siddique, Ranji Panicker, Deepak Parambol, Saiju Kurup among others don prominent roles in the film. The film is produced by T L George under the banner of Goodwill Entertainments.
