Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has hailed actor Mohanlal as the 'state's precious gift to the world'.
Vijayan wrote this on his Facebook on Thursday, while wishing Mohanlal on his 60th birthday.
The versatile actor celebrates his 60th birthday on Thursday.
“Mohanlal is a versatile actor with immense proven talent. He has given life to many memorable characters. Picking his best film and role is a difficult task. The actor, in fact, has made each of his character truly special. Mohanlal has an innate talent to bring life to the roles with his expressions and voice modulations,” he wrote.
Pinarayi also praised Mohanlal for being socially conscious. “The actor recently donated Rs 50 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund. He had earlier made a significant contribution for the flood rehabilitation fund. These gestures display the actor’s concern for his fellow beings,” wrote Vijayan.
