After unveiling a striking poster, the makers of the upcoming war drama '120 Bahadur' have now dropped its gripping teaser. The film stars actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar in the role of Major Shaitan Singh Bhati. From the first glimpse, the film promises to be a powerful story of courage, sacrifice, and patriotism.
Inspired by the Battle of Rezang La in 1962, '120 Bahadur' tells the story of the Indian Army’s 13th Kumaon Regiment as they faced off against China’s People’s Liberation Army. The teaser pays tribute to the incredible bravery of 120 Indian soldiers who stood their ground against thousands, declaring with thunderous conviction: “Hum Peechhe Nahin Hatenge!” (We will not step back).

Major Shaitan Singh, who led the defence, was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra, India’s highest military honour.
The film also marks Farhan Akhtar’s return to the big screen after a long gap. Judging by the teaser, he appears in a powerful new avatar — intense, restrained, and emotionally charged.
Shot across Ladakh, Rajasthan, and Mumbai, the movie is mounted on a grand scale. The team has made a dedicated attempt to recreate the war front with realism, from the snow-covered terrains to the silence of the battlefield.
