Jude Anthany Joseph's second outing, Oru Muthassi Gadha, achieves the rare feat of getting premiered at the Prague International Film Festival.
According to the official Facebook page of the film, it is the only movie from south India to be selected for the festival.
The movie has a 60-year-old rabble-rouser grandmother, played by Rajini Chandy, as its central protagonist and adopts a fun take on the lives of the elderly who live with their children. It hit the screens during the Onam season in Kerala and has been running successfully.
Director Jude Anthany Joseph debuted with Om Shanthi Oshana, a fun love story through the eyes of a girl.
