Grand reception to Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum, audience go gaga over it

As crowds throng theaters with a feverish pitch for Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum, the film world was thrown back to life after a few back-to-back duds and simmering controversies. The impact of teasers, songs, posters and speculation seems to have drawn movie buffs to the theaters in thousands.

Most of the cinema houses were running house full with many movie enthusiasts returning ticket-less and waiting for the next show. The movie opened to uproarious reception in many theaters.

"The first half of the film is simply arresting. The narrative carries the viewers along and keeps up the curiosity. So far, the film moves along expected lines. The situations are simple and realistic," says one of the viewers from Kochi.

Fahadh Faasil, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and debutante Nimisha Sajayan play lead characters in the film. While Bijibal composed the lyrics by Rafeeq Ahmed, Ganesh Sundaram and Sowmya Ramakrishnan has sung the duet. The cinematography is by Rajeev Ravi.

Alencier, Soubin Shahir, Jithin K.C, Shince Mathew, among others, also star in the film written by Sajeev Pazhoor. Shyam Pushkaran is the creative director of the film produced by Sandip Senan and Anish M. Thomas under the banner of Urvasi Theaters.
