Dulquer Salmaan's 'Jomonte Suvisheshangal': audience review

After a literally dull Christmas season at the box office, movie buffs finally have reason to cheer as the first Malayalam release of 2017, Jomonte Suvisheshangal, has hit theaters Thursday.

Mollywood’s youth icon Dulquer Salmaan will charm us as a Thissurite named Jomon in this Sathyan Anthikad directorial.

After making the Internet go gaga over an official promo and two song teasers, the makers have released the movie without a trailer. This has definitely raised the expectations of the audience who were eager to see the chemistry between DQ and Premam star Anupama Parameshwaran. The female leads will be Anupama and Aishwarya Rajesh.

Touted to be a family entertainer, Jomonte Suvisheshangal is scripted by Dr. Iqbal Kuttippuram. Vidyasagar has composed the songs and background score, and the cinematography is handled by S. Kumar. Jomonte Suvisheshangal is produced by Sethu Mannarkad for Full Moon Cinema.
