The most-anticipated Bollywood movie of the year, Raees, has finally hit screens on January 25. Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the movie has Shahrukh Khan, Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead.
Plot: Set against the backdrop of 1980's Gujarat, Raees tells the story of a bootlegger named Raees (SRK) whose business is thwarted by a tough policeman (Nawazuddin Siddiqui). Pakistani actress and former VJ Mahira Khan plays the love interest of SRK in Raees.
According to initial reports, Shahrukh has given an amazing performance along with his co-star Nawazuddin Siddiqui. It seems Raees is perfectly balanced out on action sequences and commercial elements.
