Delaney Clements, a 13-year-old who was diagnosed with cancer in 2010 and recently began hospice care, created the hashtag #DelaneyMeetTaylor to get Taylor Swift’s attention.
On Saturday, the singer made a surprise visit and made Delaney’s wish come true.
The 26-year-old hitmaker shared a sweet photo collage of her visit on Instagram, which captured the singer as she warmly embraced the 13-year-old cancer fighter in her bed.
Swift also posted some photographs of her own from the time they shared, writing, 'Merry Christmas Baby'.
