Arabian pudding mahalabia

It is not just the Biriyanis and kababs that make the Arabian cuisine exquisite. Desserts, too, are their signatures. Let's see how to make this refreshing Arabian pudding.

Ingredients
2 cups milk
½ cup sugar 
3 tsp corn flour 
1 cup fresh cream 
Few drops of rose water
1 ½ cup orange juice 
Sugar as per taste 
1 tsp corn flour mixed in orange juice 
Cherry and dry fruits for garnishing

Preparation
To a pan boil milk
Add sugar and corn flour to it and stir continuously making sure there are no lumps formation
To this add fresh cream and rose water and cook till the mixture is thick
In a serving cup, pour the mixture till ¾ and pop it in the refrigerator for cooling
Pour the orange juice and sugar as per taste in a pan and stir till it dissolves completely
Mix one tsp of corn flour in little orange juice and add it to the mixture and cook it till thick
When it cools pour the same over to the same serving cup and put it back into the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours for setting. Garnish it with cherries and dry fruits.

Notes
Make sure that the orange mixture is cool before pouring it over the milk mixture.
