England's hat-trick hero Harry Kane is on the run for the golden boot with 5 goals in his kitty after two matches in his first ever FIFA World Cup. The 24-year-old striker who plays for the club Tottenham Hotspur has been on an incredible form since 2017. What fuels this this relentless 'hurricane'? A strict nutrition regime of course.

Kane has been quite vocal about the effects his diet had on his form lately.

Kane starts his day with omelette, brown toast and spinach. For lunch, he goes for chicken breasts with lots of green vegetables. The protein-rich dinner constitutes of chicken, fish or steak served along with vegetables and brown rice. In between, he snacks on fruits, nut or yogurt. Kane always stress on the significance of breakfast and insist on going for a nutrition packed one. The protein-rich diet helps the England captain maintain his chiselled body as well as assists in muscle repair and recovery (remember the 2017 ankle injury).

Though rarely, the star player has the guilty pleasure of indulging a bar of chocolate or two.

After scoring three goals against Panama in the second match, Kane set his fans on fire as they poured out to the streets to party hard. But the booze rain might not have affected the players as he swears on his sobriety, another factor that keeps him in top shape.
