Singer Rimi Tomy is quite active on social media and regularly posts interesting cooking videos on her YouTube channel. In the latest video, Rimi prepares a delicious chocolate cheesecake that requires no baking at all.

Ingredients
450 gm cream cheese
250 gm dark chocolate
83 gm icing sugar
250 gm whipping cream
120 gm milk chocolate
2 packets Oreo biscuits
¼ cup melted butter
120 ml heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation
Crumble the cookies in a mixer jar
Into it add the melted butter
Blend well
Transfer this mixture into a cake tin
Keep it in the freezer for at least an hour
In a bowl take cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla essence
Blend well
Now add the melted dark chocolate
Blend well using an electric beater
Beat the whipping cream separately and add it into this mix
Spread this on top of the frozen biscuit mix
Pop the cake in the fridge for an hour
In another bowl, mix the milk chocolate, warm whipping cream and some coffee powder as well
Pour this on top of the cake as the third layer
The cake should be allowed to set in the fridge for at least six hours.
