Ramadan Special: Egg rings and yolk balls

Think Ramadan and the first thing that comes to our mind is the yummy Malabar snacks you get to taste. Here are two recipes made using eggs. One is the egg rings and the second one is a snack called yolk balls made with the leftover ingredients. Make this part of your Iftar platter to make it more appealing.

Ingredients
11 eggs
1 cup maida
50 gm bread crumbs
Salt as needed
2 tbsp pepper powder
Oil as needed

Preparation
Boil water in a pan.
Add eggs and some salt to it.
Transfer the boiled eggs to cold water and peel it.
Cut the eggs into the form of rings by removing the yolk.
In a bowl, take bread crumbs and add ½ tsp pepper powder and salt to it.
Mix it well.
Meanwhile, beat two eggs and keep it separately.
Now, dip the egg rings in the beaten eggs and then in the maida. Repeat it.
Again, dip the rings in the beaten egg and then in the bread crumb mixture.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the egg rings in it.
With the leftover ingredients, a snack named yolk balls can be made.
Add egg yolks into bowl. Add maida, remaining beaten egg, and leftover bread crumbs. Mix well.
Make the dough into small balls.
In the same oil, fry the yolk balls.
Iftar special snack is ready to be relished.
