Rose sandesh for Ramadan

The holy month of Ramadan brings with it some cherished desserts and drinks, especially the classic Rose sharbat. Here is rose sandesh that you can prepare with Gulabs Rose syrup, to enjoy during sehri or iftar.

Ingredients
½ litre milk
2 teaspoon vinegar
4 teaspoon Gulabs rose syrup

Preparation
Add the milk to a pan and bring it to a boil. Add vinegar to it and then strain the curdled milk.
Let is cool.
Add the rose syrup and mix well. Layer the mixture in small glasses, followed by some Gulkand (rose jam) and another layer of the prepared mix.
Garnish with rose petals and serve chill.
