Ingredients
½ coconut grated
1 carrot
½ tomato
6 shallots
3 green chillies
a small piece of ginger
salt to taste
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
curry leaves
2 red chillies
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients well in a mixer grinder to fine paste
Heat oil in a pan
Splutter mustard seeds
Add red chillies and curry leaves. Stir fry.
Add the paste to frying pan.
Mix well and heat.
Serve hot with Dosa.
