Actor Bineesh Bastain, in a video shared on his Facebook page, shows an interesting recipe that is sure to take you back to your childhood memories. The dish made using copra or dried coconut kernels and jaggery is extremely tasty. Here is how you can make it.
Ingredients
1 copra (remove the shell)
Crushed jaggery
Preparation
Take out a small part of the copra from the top
Fill the copra with crushed jaggery
Now, close the opening using the removed part
Secure the copra lid by tying it tightly using a binding wire
Roast the copra over the fire
You could make a small fire by burning coconut shell, husk and camphor
Hang the stuffed copra above the fire.
