The easiest vegetable stir fry, all it'll take you is half an hour to make this dish. Spiced minimally, the dish brings out the actual flavours of the veggies.
Ingredients
½ cup each potato, carrot, cauliflower, beans, chopped
¼ cup onion, sliced
2-3 green chillies
Salt, as required
Pepper, as required
Preparation
In a hot pan, pour oil
Toss in all the vegetables. Saute for five minutes
Add salt and pepper. Saute for another five minutes
Close and keep until the vegetables are semi-cooked
Take care not to over cook the vegetables, leave some crunch behind
