Ingredients
2 cylindrical/circular cooked puttu
Ghee, as required
For seasoning
½ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch fenugreek seeds
1 tsp black gram
2-3 red chillies
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp minced ginger
7-8 curry leaves
Preparation
Heat the pan, pour ghee
Once the ghee melts, add the ingredients for seasoning in that order and saute well
Add the powdered puttu to the seasoning and mix well
Puttu olarthu is ready to be served warm
