Ingredients
2 cups of red velvet cake scraps
1 cup softened cream cheese
2 cups of white chocolate
30 lollipop sticks

Preparation
Mix the cake scraps with cream cheese in a mixing bowl
Knead gently with your fingers until cream cheese is fully incorporated
Press into silicone molds or roll into balls
Use a mini ice cream scoop to scoop out the mixture so that you will have equal portions and line them into wax paper
Freeze for 15-30 minutes and unmold
Melt white chocolate in microwave until no lumps are left after stirring
Roll the balls in melted chocolate with a fork and coat them evenly
Place it again on wax paper and set them back in fridge until chocolate hardens
Dip one end of the lollipop sticks into the melted chocolate
Push the chocolate-covered end of the sticks into the middle of the cake balls
Dip your cake pops in the melted chocolate
Hold it sideways over the bowl and rotate slowly
Tap the wrist that is holding the pop with the free hand to make the excess chocolate drip off
refrigerate the cake pops for 15 minutes to set properly
