Keralites have fallen in love with the refreshing taste of the fuljar soda which has made its grand entry to the iftar parties. The delightful flavours of lime, ginger, and sugar syrup and bird eye chillies elevate the taste of the drink. The unique way in which the drink is prepared is the highlight of it. A small glass tumbler containing the lime mixture is immersed into a huge glass of soda. The drink tastes amazing when it is consumed as soon as it froths up in the huge glass. Ingredients
1 lime
Ginger
Salt
Couscous
Mint leaves
Sugar syrup
Soda
Preparation
Squeeze the lime into a small glass and add crushed ginger and bird eye chillies.
Add salt as required and couscous as well.
Mix the sugar syrup into it.
Fill a huge glass with soda and immerse the small glass containing the lemon mixture into it.
Those who like the flavour of mint can add mint paste as well.
