Salmon fry with tomato salsa


The fish salmon, is rich in omega 3 fatty acid which is highly beneficial for the body. Let's see how to prepare it in minimum oil. Tomato salsa along with it is the best combination.


For marination

4 salmon pieces

1/4 tbsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp chilli powder

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

For the gravy

1 onion

1 tomato

1/4 tbsp turmeric powder

1/2 tbsp chilli powder

1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

Coriander leaves


Clean the salmon pieces and marinate it with turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.

Keep it aside for half an hour.

To a hot pan pour one spoon of olive oil and add the salmon pieces.

Cook it covered for 5 minutes.

Add the sliced onion and tomato pieces to the pan and cook it covered for 5 more minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients for the gravy and sauté. When the fish cooks it will release fish oil. Turn the pan so the the oil mixes with the gravy.

Cook it uncovered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle coriander leaves and switch the flame off.
