Homemade wheat bread

Delicious and fluffy wheat bread can be easily prepared at home in just one and half hours. No preservatives are added in this bread that is made using the ingredients that are readily available in the pantry. Check out this pretty simple recipe of homemade wheat bread.

Ingredients
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt

Preparation
Into a small bowl add yeast, sugar and 4 tbsp milk
Mix and keep it aside for the yeast to ferment
Add the egg, oil and the fermented yeast into the rest of milk
Mix well
Add this yeast-milk mix into the wheat flour and all purpose flour
Knead well into soft dough
Wrap the dough using a piece of cloth and keep it aside for at least 10 minutes (sprinkle some all purpose flour if the dough has too much moisture)
After 10 minutes, knead the dough again
Roll it into the shape of the bread pan
Wrap using a cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes
Bake it at 190 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
Brush some melted butter on top of the loaf
Wrap it in an aluminum foil and bake for 15 more minutes
Allow the bread to cool down completely before cutting it into slices.
