Here's a sweet drink when mangoes are in season. All you need is four ingredients. And a delicious serve of mango payasam is ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

1 litre milk

½ cup chowari (sago pearls)

½ cup condensed milk

4 ripe mangoes

Preparation

Soak the chowari for half an hour, drain and set aside.

Boil the milk and cook the chowari in it.

Pour in the condensed milk.

Add a pinch of salt and set aside to cool.

Chop two mangoes into small pieces and finely mash the other two.

Add both into the milk mixture.

Cool and serve.
