Restaurant-style chicken curry

Ingredients

4 dried chillies
6 cashews 
2 cardamoms
2 tomatoes
3 tsp coconut oil
3 onions (finely chopped)
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala

Preparation

Dry roast the dried chillies and cashews
Grind these along with cardamom and tomatoes
Keep this paste aside to be used later
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Sauté the onions
Add the ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder
Sauté until the raw smell of the powders are gone
Now add the chicken pieces
Mix well
Add the cashews-tomatoes paste
Sauté well
Add salt as required
Add the garam masala and some water as well
Cook for 20 minutes
