Roasted garlic potato wedges

Roasted garlic potato wedges are the perfect snack that is crunchy, tasty and nutritious as well. Here is the recipe of roasted garlic potato wedges.


3 potatoes

1 tsp pepper powder

1 tbsp olive oil

1 ½ tbsp butter

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)


Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges (a potato could be cut into 8 wedges)

Mix the wedges with salt, pepper and olive oil

Place these wedges on a baking tray

Bake the potato wedges for 20 minutes in an oven at 180 degree Celsius

After 20 minutes, take out the tray, flip the wedges and bake for another 20 minutes

You could also fry the potato wedges in a pan in some oil until they turn golden in colour

Melt 1.5 tbsp butter into a pan

Add the finely chopped garlic

Add coriander leaves as well

Mix well

Add the baked/fried potato wedges into these

Mix well until the wedges are nicely coated in this garlic-butter

Serve the roasted garlic potato with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
