Easy pan shawarma

Shawarma is a filling snack that could be enjoyed with delicious dips. Check out the recipe of easy pan shawarma made using bread and egg.

Ingredients
100 gms chicken
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt as required
Bread slices as required
5 eggs
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp crushed pepper

Preparation
Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt
Fry the chicken and separate the bones from it
Beat the eggs with ¼ tsp pepper powder and salt as required
Grease a pan with some butter
Cut off the sides of the bread slices
Dip the bread slices in egg and place them on the pan
The flame must be off while doing this
Spread the tomato, carrot, bell pepper and onion on the bread slices
Now spread the fried chicken pieces as well
Spread the chopped coriander leaves, chilli flakes and crushed pepper
Dip the remaining bread slices in the egg and place above the shawarma
Pour the remaining egg mixture over the shawarma
Cook for 20 minutes on low flame with the lid on
Flip the shawarma and cook for 15 more minutes.
Enjoy the homemade pan shawarma with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.
