Double Horse Aval Ladoo- ladoo in a jiffy

Onam, Janmashtami, Navarathri, the festival season is just around the corner. And festivals call for sweets - ladoo in particular. However, it is slightly difficult to get that perfect ladoo at home. We bring you a quick fix. Try out this one-minute aval ladoo recipe. It has a texture so similar to rava ladoos, but a distinctive flavor of crispy aval (or poha as it is popularly known) and dry fruit.

Ingredients
1 cup Double Horse red aval
½ cup sugar
¼ cup ghee
3 tbsp cashew nuts
3 tbsp dried raisins
2 tbsp cardamom powder

Preparation
Dry roast the Double Horse red aval until they are crispy
Powder it after it is cooled down
Heat ghee and fry the cashews until golden
Now fry the raisins till the turn fluffy
Take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add the heated ghee to it
Mix well and make lemon-sized ladoos out of it
