Clear vermicelli soup

An easy recipe that's slurp-worthy and healthy.

Ingredients
½ cup vermicelli
½ cup ragi vermicelli
¼ cup grated carrot
¼ cup sliced onion
A small bunch of celery leaves
Black pepper, as required
Rock salt, as required
5-6 garlic pods
1 tsp gomasio (a mix of sesame seeds and salt)
Sesame oil, as required
Water, as required

Preparation
In a big bowl, mix the vermicelli, both plain and ragi
Now, boil 2 cups of water
Once boiled, pour over the vermicelli and keep aside covered
Light the stove, place a skillet over it
Pour some ghee into it
Add the sliced onion to it and saute well
Add the carrot and mix well
Add the sliced garlic at this point, saute well
Add the vermicelli to the skillet
Now, add around 2 cups water
Add the rock salt to the soup
Sprinkle some black pepper
Tear up some celery leaves and add to the soup
Let it boil for 3 minutes
Sprinkle the gomasio and serve hot
