Kids' cooking | Oreo chocolate tart

Let it be cream or cookies or both, there is no way you can find it better but in Oreo cookies. Period! Enrobed with some rich chocolate ganache, it's pure ecstasy.

Ingredients
For the Oreo crust

56 gm butter
24 Oreo cookies, crushed

For the ganache filling

170 gm milk chocolate
56 gm butter
170 gm bittersweet chocolate
200 gm heavy cream

Preparation
Crush the Oreo biscuits and mix it with the butter
Butter a tart pan and spread the crust mixture in it
Press it evenly and spread it to the sides also
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and place the tart crust in it for 9 minutes
For the filling, melt the bittersweet chocolate and milk chocolate together and keep aside
Mix the heavy cream and butter and double boil it
When the butter is fully melted, add the mixture to the melted chocolate
Pour this ganache on top of the baked tart crust
Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours or until set
Dust some caster sugar and grated chocolate on the tart
Slice and serve
