Ingredients
2 packets Oreo biscuits
8 tbsp cheese spread
250gm cooking chocolate
Sprinkles, for decoration
Preparation
Place the Oreo biscuits in a ziplock cover, pound them with a rolling pin and powder them
Place the powdered Oreo biscuits ina bowl and add just enough cheese to hold them together
Roll the dough into balls and keep in the freezer for some time
In the meantime, break the cooking chocolate into pieces and keep on a double boiler to melt
When the chocolate reaches pouring consistency, take it off the stove
Inserting a toothpick through each of the Oreo balls
Dip in melted chocolate and coat them well
Add sprinkles to decorate and serve
