Come summer, and it's time to keep oneself well hydrated. Dig in for some good vitamins this season with the Pomegranate-carrot treat.
Juice of 1 pomegranate (de-seed them and blend together)
½ cup carrot juice
Black salt, to taste
1 tsp sugar bura/powdered sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix pomegranate juice, carrot juice, black salt, powdered sugar and salt well.
Pour into a glass and add some ice cubes
