A simple yoghurt based dessert, and one of the best ways to end a meal. The addition of strawberries makes it all the more thrilling!
Ingredients
1/2 litre curd, thick (hung in a muslin cloth till all the water is removed)
100g sugar
1 cup strawberry (grind and strain)
Preparation
Mix the hung curd, sugar and strawberry paste well. Refrigerate it.
Pour the mixture into small fancy glasses and serve chilled.
