Here is a simple recipe of green juice which is packed with nutrients. This refreshing juice has leaves, fruits, and roots as its main ingredients.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp green chilli
1/2 tbsp ginger
2 peppercorns
1 1/2 tsp cumin
Salt as required
1 tsp black salt
Preparation
In a blender, add all the ingredients with 1/4 cup water
Blend into a smooth paste
Mix this paste in 3 -4 cups of water
The juice tastes best when chilled.
