Ingredients
2 passion fruits
½ coconut
6 bird eye chillies or green chillies
8 shallots
Small piece of ginger
Curry leaves as required
Salt as required
Preparation
Remove the seeds from the pulp by passing it through a strainer
Into a mixer jar, add the passion fruit pulp, coconut, bird eye chillies, shallots, ginger, curry leaves and salt as required
Grind into chutney.
