Ingredients
1 cup rice flour/wheat flour
1 cup grated coconut
Salt as required
1 cup Holy basil leaves
Water as required

Preparation
Take the rice/wheat powder, ¾ cup coconut, Holy basil leaves and salt in a mixer jar
Grind into puttu powder
Add some water and mix into the right consistency
Cook the puttu just as you cook regular puttu.
