4 -5 sprigs green peppercorns
1 tsp salt
1 bowl curd
Separate raw, green peppercorns from the sprigs
Wash them well to remove any bugs
Crush the cleaned peppercorns
Mix them with curd and salt
Peppercorn chutney could be enjoyed as a spicy side dish with rice.
