Crunchy paneer cutlets

These breaded paneer rolls are the perfect snacks to make on the go when guests arrive unannounced. With simple and easily available ingredients, this dish is a tasty quick fix.

Ingredients
1 slice bread
150 gms paneer (grated)
150 gms potato (boiled and crumbled)
1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp green chilies (finely chopped)
½ cup onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger (finely chopped)
¼ cup carrot (finely chopped)
Salt as required
1 egg (beaten)
2 cups breads crumbs
Oil to fry

Preparation
Soak the bread slice in water and squeeze it
Add grated paneer, potato, coriander leaves, green chilies, onions, ginger, carrot and salt into the soaked bread
Mix everything together
Scoop small portions from it and roll them into the shape of sausages or cutlets
Dip these rolls in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs
Heat some oil and deep fry these rolls
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
Instead of beaten egg, the rolls could be dipped in some all purpose flour mixed with water
Around 30 paneer rolls could be made with the ingredients in above measurements.
