Ingredients
¼ cup dates, de-seeded
Half a banana
1 cup milk
4-5 ice cubes

Preparation
Soak the dates in warm milk for some time
Next, add the dates, milk, banana and ice cubes into the jar of a mixer-grinder
Switch on the mixer, beat well and serve at once
