ISL final: Rs 500 tickets sold for Rs 3K in black market, 3 arrested

Kochi: Three persons were arrested by the police for selling the ISL final tickets in the black market on Saturday.

Edappally native Musthafa (19), Gladin (22) hailing from Palakkad and Praveen (21) of Neendakara were held by the police.

The three were nabbed by the police as they were trying to sell the tickets on the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium premises in the afternoon. The trio had brought the tickets from the stadium counter on Thursday.

Rupees 300 tickets were sold for Rs 1,500 while Rs 500 tickets were sold for Rs 3,000.

There has been a huge demand for tickets following Kerala Blasters' win in the semifinals.
