Thodupuzha: In a shocking incident, a five-year-old child was lifted and flung on the floor by his uncle as the kid didn’t respond to his call to come closer.
The child who fell from a staircase suffered a crack on the skull and bleeding in the brain. The kid who is under treatment at a private hospital in Thodupuzha is stated to be out of danger.
The child belongs to Assam resident Firoz who is staying in a rented house at Undaplav in Thodupuzha. The police have arrested his brother Imdadul Hakim in connection with the crime.
Imdadul and Firoz had arrived in Kerala for timber work and they have been residing at Undaplav since last one year.
