Fashion and style keep changing almost overnight; and that's basically what video production company Cut tries to show us in this 2-minute clip.
The video is an ode to Bollywood fashion. Starring Trisha Miglani, a model and dancer, the video takes you through and intense 90 seconds where you see hairstyles changing and how bindis and mehendi styles have evolved in a span of 100 years.
From the veils and minimal make up of the 1910's to the updos, the big danglers and bindis which made an appearance in the 1920's to heavily made up 1960s, the video traverses the different styles Bollywood has portrayed. We are reminded of Nargis Dutt, Sharmila Tagore, Zeenat Aman and Tina Munim as the frames fly past.
