Say goodbye to pimples in four days
Pollutants like dirt and dust, and dehydration would damage the skin and results in the appearance of wrinkles.

The problem of pimples is one of the biggest cosmetic nightmares faced by both men and women in their young age. Pimples are caused by hormonal imbalance, unhealthy food habits and excessive use of cosmetic products. However, if proper care is taken, this menace can be tackled easily. Here are some home remedies for pimples before going in for cosmetic treatment.

» Water is the best solution for pimples. Drinking water regularly and washing face often can check pimples. Results would be visible within four days.

» Take the tender leaves of banana plant, crush them and apply on the face. After 30 minutes, wash it away with warm water.

» The leaves of neem can also be tried in a similar manner. Neem leaf destroys the germs causing the pimples.

» Extract of thulsi (sacred basil) leaves can be applied daily. After 30 minutes, wash face with warm water. This would offer a permanent solution to pimples.

» Adding a little wild turmeric (‘kasturi manjal’) to neem will also help erase the scars caused by pimples.

» Washing the face daily with coconut water is another method to check pimples.

» If the pimples are severe, cut a garlic pod into two and apply to the affected area. After 5 minutes, wash the face with warm water. This will help remove pimples quickly. This process should be repeated 3 to 4 times every day.

» Take ripe papaya, grind and apply the paste on the face. Wash with warm water after 30 minutes. This will not only remove the pimples but also improve the complexion of the face.

» Grind fenugreek and apply on the face. Wash away after it has dried properly.

» Take equal amount of tomato juice and honey, mix them together and apply on the face. This will remove pimples.

However, it should be remembered that unless oily dishes and junk food are avoided, all these measures would remain ineffective.
