The house that stands in a 10 cents plot features a beautiful linear–plain elevation. The yellow highlighter wall on top of the house is an eye-catching feature. The front yard, meanwhile, has been paved with natural stones and grass in alternate layers.
Designed in 2700 sqft, this amazing abode has a car porch, sit out, living and dining areas, kitchen with a work area, four bedrooms, and upper living area cum study area, balcony and an open terrace.
The open interiors look and feel spacious. The customized furniture looks classy and blends well with the theme of the interiors. Meanwhile, the beautiful indoor plants add a hint of greenery. Air purifying plants like the philodendron and ZZ plants have been used to decorate the interiors.
The interior walls don the lighter shades of hues which grant a classy elegance to the spaces. Exquisite Italian marbles have been paved on the floor in the common areas. These features make the interiors brighter and pleasant too. Instead of timber, metal works have been used for furnishing inside the house. Interestingly, a metal screen fixed using industrial work has been used as a partition to separate the living and the dining areas. Photo frames with pictures of the family members adorn the wall in the living area, giving it a very intimate feeling.
The white and cream color theme of the dining table is quite attractive. The nano white tabletop adds the perfect finish. The cushioned chairs in cream color give a sophisticated look to the dining table set. Meanwhile, the hanging light here indeed looks posh.
The unique design of the stairway is the highlight of the interiors. The hand railings that look like metal strips are quite interesting. Solid wood has been paved on the steps. The stairway leads to the upper hall. The industrial-themed hanging lights are the main attraction here.
The bedrooms are designed fabulously with the head side walls highlighted with amazing wallpaper. The bath attached bedrooms have wardrobes for storage and side tables too.
The kitchen is compact yet very functional. The cabinets done in the plywood with mica finish look stylish. The countertop, meanwhile, has been paved with nano white. The glossy marbles fixed on the splashback add an elegant sheen to the area.
The interiors that are elegantly furnished without any over-the-top decorations are the most amazing feature in this house. These minimal designs are really classy and play a vital role in giving a pleasant ambience to the spaces.
