Electronics dept of MEC, Thrikkakara, hosts online puzzle solving competition

Thrikkakkara: Engineering is a vast field, and its true essence cannot be captured by any syllabus. With new technologies emerging rapidly, students must be updated to put their best foot forward in the competitive world outside.

Mixed Signals, the Electronics Association of Government Model Engineering College, will present a three-week long online puzzle solving competition named 'Grey Matter' to enable the students to think outside the box from April 12 to May 3.

With prize money totalling over Rs 7,000, the competition is held on a weekly basis. A set of puzzles will be released each week and the student who solves them the fastest will be declared the winner. Apart from overall winners, there are prizes for the best performers of each week.

The coordinators of the event are Ajo Sebastian M A and Amith S.

'Mixed Signals' is an endeavour of the students of the Electronics and Communications department. It aims to provide students a platform to learn, innovate and experiment , helping them realise their true potential as emerging engineers.
