How to ace Civil Service interview? Join Manorama webinar

The Personality Test, popularly known as the Interview, is the final yet toughest hurdle in front of a civil services aspirant. What is often tested here is the suitability of the candidate for the job.

Apart from assessing the knowledge of the candidate in various areas, the interview board also tests their level of confidence, integrity and other qualities before taking a final decision. Hence, it is important how a candidate presents oneself to prove his/her merit for the job.

To help aspirants get a better idea of the test and preparation, Manorama Yearbook Online, in association with the Civil Service Institute Pala, is organising a free webinar on 'Civil Services Preparation: Cracking the Personality Test' on July 25 2020, from 3 pm to 4 pm.

The session, seventh in the series of webinars hosted by YB Online, will be presented by Dr Renu Raj IAS, Director of Kerala State Urban Affairs. She cleared the Civil Services Examination in 2014 with all India second rank.
