Plus One Admissions: Last date for application extended till August 20

The last date for applying for Plus One or Class 11 in Kerala for the upcoming academic year has been extended to August 20 from August 15. 

The Kerala government had declared Plus Two Result 2020 on July 15. The Board, after the declaration of the result, announced that the students can apply online for the Higher Secondary Centralised Admission Process (HSCAP) from July 24. 

The admission will be through a single-window process. Students who have completed Class 10, seeking admission in Kerala Plus One Classes can apply online at - hscap.kerala.gov.in for the 2020-21 academic session.

Here are the other important dates to be noted:

Trial allotment - August 4

First Allotment - September 7

Main allotment - Till September 29

Supplementary allotment  October 3 - 23

Sports Quota application - Till October 25

Students from other boards can also apply through HSCAP. Students can fill up the application form available on the official site. They will have to upload the documents including the SSLC registration number of the relevant qualifying examination's registration number, the signature of the self, and the guardian. 

Once the admission process is completed, DHSE Kerala will release the allotment list of students selected for Class 11 admission in the state. A trial allotment list will also be released as a correction window for students before the final list. 

Kerala SSLC results for this year were declared on June 30, 2020. The pass percentage this year is 98.2 per cent. Around 4,17,101 students have cleared the SSLC examination this year.
