Thiruvananthapuram: The plus-one trial allotment for admission to class 11 in Kerala board will be held on September 5 and the first allotment on September 14.

As many as 4.77 lakh students have applied for the plus-one courses. Of this, 4.21 lakh students have completed SSLC in Kerala. And 39,335 students were from CBSE schools; 3,887 from the ICSE; and 11,273 from other states or countries.

A total of 70,100 students have applied for the VHSE. Last year, 54,000 students had applied. 

The main allotment will conclude on October 6. The supplementary allotment will be held from October 9 to 31. 

The government is yet to decide on the dates for the commencement of classes.

Kerala SSLC results for this year were declared on June 30, 2020. The pass percentage this year is 98.2 per cent. Around 4,17,101 students have cleared the SSLC examination this year.
