Kannur: In a shocking case of showing disrespect to the national flag, the tricolour was tied to the end of a broom at a post office in Taliparamba on the Republic Day.
The tricolour was tied to the end of long plastic broom used to clean the office and hoisted in front of the office on Tuesday.
